Baggage Delay
We are aware of our duty to ensure that the baggage of passengers arrive on time and in good condition at their destination.

In case your checked baggage does not arrive on your flight, you're welcome to formalize the claim in the PAWA Dominicana counter located at the respective airport and notify our agents who will proceed immediately to make tracking your suitcase delay claim. It should solve in a period of twenty one (21) business days.
Damaged luggage
In case your luggage is reported as damaged when you reach your destination, you must follow these steps:

1. Go immediately to our traffic officers or PAWA Dominicana's counter located in the respective airport.

2. You must fill out a form of "Report of luggage irregularities" with all your data, phone number, address, email address, description of your suitcase and the damage sustained by it.

3. PAWA Dominicana would compensate the damage caused to your luggage through payment equivalent to the weight of the empty suitcase, by 17DEG, according to Montreal Agreement.

Important: If your luggage has suffered some kind of damage should notify personally during seven (7) working days from the date of the incident. If this claim not made on time, PAWA Dominicana shall not be liable.

To follow up on your claim, you may contact the Service Quality Department, through our email: calidad.servicio@pawadominicana.com.
Lost luggage
If your checked baggage does not arrive on your flight, you're welcome to enter the claim on the PAWA Dominicana’s counter, located in the respective airport and notify our agents who will proceed immediately to make tracking your suitcase claim.

Important: If your luggage is lost or delayed, you must notify personally during seven (7) calendar days from the date of the incident. If this claim not made on time, PAWA Dominicana will be exempt from all responsibility in this matter.

If baggage is not received within a period of twenty (21) days, it is considered lost.

Limitation of Liability
If your luggage has suffered some kind of damage should notify personally during seven (7) working days from the date of the incident. If this claim is not made on time, PAWA Dominican shall not be liable in this matter.

We recommend you carry in your hand luggage valuable items that are not compensable by our company, such as electronic equipment, among others (see articles not compensable). PAWA Dominicana not liable for damage or loss of these objects.
